Curated by Ariana Rugs using over 40 years of expert textile knowledge in the heart of the West Hollywood Design District, this rare 4'x4' (exact 4'3" x 4'3") vintage Persian Afshar Sofreh—traditionally known as a Rukursi—is an exceptional tribal textile. Handwoven by Afshar nomadic weavers in Persia, this flatweave square textile features intricate geometric border motifs surrounding an earthy center in rust red, crisp white, deep navy, and natural warm tones. Originally woven for ceremonial and household dining gatherings, its versatile square proportion makes it a striking choice for wall hanging art, tabletop vignettes, or floor display in curated interior spaces.

  • Authentic Nomadic Heritage: Genuine vintage Persian Afshar Sofreh / Rukursi textile with historical tribal provenance.

  • Geometric Tribal Aesthetic: High-contrast geometric borders and warm earth tones that complement organic and modern interiors.

  • Designer Versatility: Perfectly scaled for architectural wall decor, square floor styling, or custom textile display.

  • Trusted West Hollywood Expertise: Hand-selected by third-generation importers, repairers, and textile restoration specialists.
