- Rugs with a value over $5,000 and weighing less than 75 lbs
- All pillowcases without inserts ship free of charge, regardless of order value or weight.
Partial Shipping Coverage (U.S. Only)
- If your item partially meets the free shipping criteria (e.g. it qualifies by value but exceeds the weight limit), we will cover the portion that qualifies, and you pay the difference.
- Example: A rug valued at $6,000 but weighing 85 lbs: we cover the cost up to 75 lbs, you pay the shipping cost for the additional 10 lbs.
