Our inspiration for this timeless design comes from the captivating metal gates we encountered during a stroll through an old European town. Motivated by this, we meticulously crafted a distinctive rug, incorporating the intricate gate design into our hand-knotted pile and hand-woven flat rugs in Afghanistan. While it's flattering to witness others imitating our rugs, each day brings new inspirations. Our vision is to seamlessly transition outdoor aesthetics to indoor spaces, fostering harmony as you traverse through the gate and discover the same pattern in the form of a soft, hand-knotted area rug.
